A Pint Check typically takes 30 to 60 minutes. A Full House shop takes longer since we're working through the complete dining experience, usually 90 minutes to two hours.

Reports are delivered within 48 hours of the shop's completion.

We use different shoppers for repeat visits and never send the same shopper to the same location twice in a row. Our shoppers are trained to blend in as regular guests.

Yes. Both shops start with our base evaluation but you can add, modify, or remove any criteria to fit your operation. Criteria changes are priced based on your shop volume.
